White, punched-out cones are decorated with punched-out flowers which are attached with Glue Dots.

Comment faire
1. Assemble the cone with double-sided adhesive tape.
2. Assemble the flower with Glue Dots. Attach the button at the end.
3. Make the tassel and tie it onto the twine first also using Glue Dots and attach this to the cone handle.
