Make a fairy tale castle from a cardboard box (for example a shoe box) with turrets made from cardboard tubes. Paint all the parts with Plus Color craft paint. Attach card decorations with Sticky Base. This fairy tale castle is perfect for children to play with.

1 Paint a cardboard box (for example a shoe box and cardboard tubes in different heights with Plus Color craft paint. You may cut holes for the gateways using a craft knife.
2 Cut the towers, flags and crenellations, from card using your imagination or use the template which is available as a separate PDF file on this page.
3 Use a stapler with small staples for stapling the towers together. Attach the flags onto thin sticks with Sticky Base applied with your fingers. Secure the flags to the top of the towers.
4 Attach the crenellations onto the box using Sticky Base.
5 Use Plus Color markers for adding details to the painted surfaces.
6 Attach all of the various parts for the castle onto the shoe box using Sticky Base, unless you prefer being able to move the castle parts around whilst playing.
