A Bracelet from Freshwater Pearls, Glass Beads and a Cabochon Jewellery Pendant

1   Cut a piece of wire measuring approx. 25 cm. You will also need the jewellery parts shown in the picture. Follow the instructions in step 5 regarding how to assemble and fasten the bracelet.

2   Thread beads onto the wire in a design and order of your choice.

3   Attach the glass cabochon jewellery pendant onto an oval jump ring and thread it onto the wire when you have filled half of the wire with beads. Fill the other half of the wire with beads and fasten the bracelet as shown.

4   Attach the pendant with the two loops as shown in the picture. Fasten and secure with a crimp bead at each loop.

5   Start by threading a bead tip and a crimp bead onto the wire. Squeeze the crimp bead flat.

6   Cut off the excess wire right after the crimp bead.

7   Close the bead tip around the crimp bead. Thread beads onto the wire.

8   Use the same closing procedure at the opposite end. Squeeze the crimp bead flat into the bead tip. Fill the wire with beads but do not make it too tight.

9   Attach the clasp: Insert a round jump ring onto the loop of the bead tip and close it with two flat nose pliers. Slightly twist the ends past each other whilst they scrape against each other. Only twist to the side – never apart.

10   When the two ends of the round jump ring are exactly opposite each other, finish twisting.

11   Before closing the round jump ring at the other end, attach a lobster claw clasp.
