Rocaille Seed Bead Bracelets with Tassels made from Yarn

These colourful bracelets are made from a piece of elastic cord with rocaille seed beads and tassels made from different colours of mercerised cotton yarn threaded onto it.

1. Bracelets: Thread rocaille seed beads onto a piece of elastic cord of desired length. Finish with a double knot.
2. Tassel: Cut approx. 1 meter of mercerised cotton yarn. Wrap the yarn around a piece of card measuring approx. 5.5cm.
3. Remove the yarn from the piece of card and cut another piece of yarn measuring approx. 20 cm.
4. Tie this piece of yarn around the middle of the wound yarn. Tie a double knot.
5. Cut open the loops in both sides. Gather these to make a tassel.
6. Cut another piece of yarn measuring approx. 15cm. Tie the yarn tightly around the tassel, approx. 1 cm from the top. Finish with a double knot.
7. Distribute the tassels on the bracelet. Tie on each tassel with a double knot.
