Un coeur papier-mâché avec découpage

1.   Paint the papier-mâché heart with Plus Color craft paint.

2.   Tear decoupage paper in small pieces and attach them to the heart using decoupage lacquer.

3.   Attach a bead onto the string for hanging and tie a bow around the string with a piece of paper string.

4.   Attach bells onto the piece of paper string and tie a knot.
