You can use a Bullet Journal for writing notes, making lists as well as using it as a diary. It's easy to paint in your bullet journal with watercolours using the water brush. Don't use too much water as the pages are very thin.

1 First paint with watercolours (don't use too much water as the pages are very thin) and attach stickers afterwards.
2 A TIP: At the back of the book there is room for the stickers you are not using.
