A garland with needle-felted toadstools

Make a garland from small needle-felted toadstools. Use carded wool and felt small toadstools using a felting needle. The finished toadstools are hung on a long piece of Fantasia acrylic yarn.

1 Tear a long piece of carded wool and roll it tightly together.
2 Needle felt the toadstool's stalk until it is dense and hard.
3 Shape some red carded wool for the toadstool's cap and needle felt this until it is dense and hard.
4 Needle felt small tufts of white carded wool to small balls and needle felt them onto the cap as shown in the photo.
5 Felt the finished cap onto the stalk.
6 Sew a piece of thin yarn through the toadstool for hanging.
7 Tie the hanging decoration onto a thick piece of yarn which is used for making the garland.
