A Greeting Card with Decoupage and Vintage Die-Cut

The front of this greeting card is decorated with decoupage paper and a vintage die-cut. Both are attached with decoupage lacquer and then the card is left to dry. The text at the bottom is written with decorative marker pen which is also used for making the small dots on the vintage die-cut.
