Comment faire
1. Brush the maracas with glue lacquer.
2. Sprinkle glitter in the wet glue lacquer and let it dry.
3. Apply another layer of glue lacquer onto the glitter surface.
4. Tie some bells onto an elastic cord.
5. Wrap the elastic cord around the maracas.
6. Tie a knot on the elastic cord.
