Terracotta Eggs decorated with Marble Paint

1 Shake the marble paint well before dripping it into a bucket with water. Do not use more than three colours in the same water bath.

2 Use a thin wooden flower stick to carefully mix the colours at the surface of the water, making patterns.

3 Gently dip the egg into the bath below the surface of the water.

4 Lift up the egg again and hang it for drying using the supplied plastic string.

5 Don't pour the water with the paint down the drain. Remove the paint with a piece of card before pouring it away. If you get any paint on your skin, remove with ordinary cooking oil.
