Cette carte de voeux pailletée est décorée d'une étiquette cadeau avec un motif poinçonné. Un trombone métallique doré décoré d'une étoile brillante est fixé à l'étiquette cadeau. L'étiquette cadeau est nouée à la carte de voeux avec un bout de fil doré enfilé dans deux petits trous faits dans la carte de voeux.
