Rollenspel – Een kogelvrij vest

1.   Use a T-shirt for measurement and draw the waistcoat (also mirrored) onto the foam rubber sleeping mat material.

2.   Cut out, and also cut out two long strips, each measuring approx. 3 x 20cm.

3.   Paint the outside of the waistcoat and the two strips with black Art School paint. Leave to dry.

4.   Attach one part of the self-adhesive velcro onto the back and along the entire length of each strip.

5.   Attach the other part of the velcro onto each side (and the front and the back) of the waistcoat so that the strips - which are meant to look like straps – now can be attached onto the waistcoat and the width of the waistcoat is adjustable.
