Dit naambordje als plaatskaart voor een bruiloft kan ook gebruikt worden als servetring. Het hart is geponst uit karton en rond een servet gebonden met satijnlint.

Write the names you need on the computer and print them out. Print out the template which is available as a separate PDF file on this page. Cut out the name tags using the template. Make a hole in the name tag and the card heart using a screw punch and thread the satin ribbon through the hole. Tie the heart and the name tag around the napkin.
